Take some inspiration from YouTube and participate in an abbreviated “vlogmas” – post short “a day in my life” videos on IG or TikTok every day in December leading up to Christmas.
Start a series featuring tips and tricks for how to have a stress-free holiday season. Ideas for this series can range from “How to Host Thanksgiving”, to “How to Cut a Butternut Squash”, and “How to Store Leftovers”.
“Quick Thanksgiving Side Dishes”, “5 Ways to Use Canned Pumpkin”, or “Meatless Main Dishes” are just a few suggestions of recipe roundups that you can put together this holiday season. The best part about creating recipe roundups is that you can use content you already have – all you need to do is put your recipes together in a newsletter, blog post, or handy Instagram Guide.
Or cakes, or cocktails…whatever your niche is, go all in this year and celebrate with a series of holiday recipes leading up to the big day.
Do you have a holiday recipe that’s a family favorite? Share it! Got a weird holiday tradition? Let’s see it! Hosting Thanksgiving this year? Give your audience a behind the scenes look into your kitchen on the big day.
If you’ve got the means to do so, there’s no better time to host a giveaway than the holidays.
Take a look at your analytics. What content performed well last holiday season? Take some time to reshoot the photos, revamp the recipe, or simply repost it as is.
@giordanospizza partnered with @adamwitt on CookIt’s Talent Roster to shine a light on a menu favorite that often gets overshadowed by the brand’s iconic deep dish: its Tavern Style Pizza! 🍕 Thin, cracker-crisp, and cut into squares, it’s a Chicago classic that was ready for a broader audience.
Adam’s fun, personality-driven content made him a natural fit to showcase the menu item, creating a campaign that felt authentic while giving Giordano’s Tavern Style Pizza the spotlight it deserves!

Celebrating @phillycreamchs’ NEW Lactose Free Cream Cheese with the @zenograms team at @sarabethsnyc! 😋
We had the best time sampling the new lactose-free cream cheese in a variety of delicious ways, getting our gifted @lecreuset butter dishes engraved, choosing our favorite mix-ins to create a custom cream cheese blend that we got to take home with a side of fresh bagels.
It was also so great to finally meet so many of our contacts and friendly faces in person and continue building those connections! 💛
A little glimpse into CookIt’s summer so far! 🌞 We’ve been heads down growing our talent roster, booking new partnerships, and keeping the momentum going, but we’ve also been making sure to actually enjoy the season (shoutout to Summer Friday!)
