what we do
We strive to support our roster with education, resources, referrals and connections. Our contacts run deep.
We know you love social media, but we also know that you may want to do more. Cookbook deals, licensed product lines, broadcast opportunities – these can be your future beyond brand partnerships. Trust us to help you get there.
We are also your business development team. We’ve worked with thousands of brands and agencies over the nine years we’ve been doing this, and we keep a steady conversation going with them at all times. We are always working to create new partnerships for you, increase your revenue and help you achieve your goals.
Finally, it’s worth noting that we know food. Our founder worked in food magazines for three decades, holding top positions at Bon Appetit, Fine Cooking and Better Homes & Gardens. We understand your business like nobody’s business.
If this sounds like what you’re looking for, you can apply for management below.
Here are some of the signs that will help you know it’s time!
Say hello to Alexi of @eatwell.withlex, who recently joined the CookIt roster! 🎉
As a DC-based mom of two, Alexi knows firsthand how overwhelming feeding kids can feel - so she created a space to help, sharing baby, toddler, and family meals her kids actually eat. What sets her apart is that she goes beyond the recipe to tackle real everyday struggles like picky eating and decision fatigue, giving busy parents approachable, stress-free solutions they can feel confident about.
Last week, our LA-based team member @molls.benton made her way to NYC! 🚕 A working session with @ronninicole at @withjulyhq, time with fellow talent managers from other agencies, and of course, plenty of scoping out the food scene.
Some of our best work happens exactly like this, in person, across time zones, learning from the wider industry around us.
This is what CookIt culture looks like: a team that shows up for each other, wherever we are. 💛
Last night, CookIt team and talent hit Brooklyn for @oonihq’s launch event for their new Halo Core Spiral Mixer! A few highlights: watching the Halo Core in action, light bites, dessert from @diljanbakery, a live DJ, and even a Flour Sack Towel embroidered on the spot to take home. 🍞
This is what CookIt culture looks like, showing up alongside our talent and building real relationships with brands! 🙌
We’re excited to welcome another incredible creator duo to our talent roster - Bri and David of @signsofgoodfood! 🎉
Bri and David create food content unlike anything else out there, blending professional culinary technique with sign language to spotlight the “signs of good food” - from standout dishes to the specific techniques that elevate them. As Deaf creators, they weave storytelling throughout, sharing food-related signs from sign languages around the world while putting their own twist on dishes, ranging from easy to fine dining level. Their content is a masterclass in technique, culture, and community - making brand partnerships across culinary & kitchenware, fine dining & restaurant, and accessibility-focused campaigns feel both meaningful and seamless!
Another exciting update from the CookIt team: we are so proud to announce that Carly has been promoted to Talent Manager! 🎉
@carly_vanderlee’s confidence, poise, and unwavering attention to detail have made her a standout on our team. Now stepping into managing her own roster, she’ll bring that same care to every aspect of her creators’ journeys, always championing them every step of the way. 🙌
Congratulations, Carly! We’re so excited to watch you thrive in this next chapter! 💛
