As a mom of 3 living with celiac disease, Mary has built her platform around making gluten-free and allergen-friendly living feel simple, not restrictive. Her recipes are quick, macro-friendly, and high-protein, designed to support busy families - whether that’s a weeknight dinner or a paleo-friendly dish. Mary inspires her audience to live a full, delicious life while navigating a gluten-free lifestyle. Beyond recipes, she shares everything from back-to-school meal ideas to gluten-free travel finds and restaurant recs through her blog and newsletter.

Four different voices from one incredible roster! 🍋 @lemonatilemonade invited Melissa (@melissajorealrecipes), Jordan (@kentuckyginger), Sam (@servedbysammy), and Katie (@bitsbitesblog) to their family farm in Argentina and we couldn’t be prouder to see an entire brand trip filled with CookIt talent! They brought brand awareness, spotlighted their products, and connected them with new audiences.

Meet Samantha of @sammymontgoms, one of the newest additions to the CookIt family! 🎉

Samantha grew up in a big Italian family, where homemade pizza, pasta, fresh bread, and wine were always on the table for anyone who walked through the door. Watching (and taste-testing) alongside her parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles instilled a love for nostalgic Italian dishes, especially pasta, that she now recreates in her own kitchen. That same love for cooking shapes the content she shares today - honest, relatable, and achievable, with simple, sustainable recipes for the everyday cook, cooked from the heart and never overly produced.
