The Challenge

Hodo thrives off making healthy options easy, delicious, and accessible. Their artisanal plant-based proteins are handcrafted using traditional methods and organic ingredients, resulting in rich, complex flavors that change the way consumers experience plant-based foods.

This campaign was built to feature Hodo’s new delicious Adobo Mexican Crumbles, which are packed full of nutrients and a great option for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone looking to add more plant based protein to their diet.

Objectives: Generate buzz and excitement around Hodo’s new plant-based meat alternative product, Adobo Mexican Crumbles, and drive people to the Whole Foods store locator to increase sales of product.

Our Solution

We recommended and cast eight influencers who provided exposure to a broad, well-aligned target audience of health-focused and plant-based consumers. 

Then we built a campaign strategy around two detailed themes that showcased the versatility of the product and inspired consumers to heat up their kitchens and eat healthy through the holidays. We managed the timeline and execution of the work, from casting through reporting.


The overall percentage of audience reach and engagement surpassed industry benchmarks, and the cost per engagement was well under the industry standard. This indicated that consumers were inspired by the content and excited about the product.
